2021.10.15 23:10 the-panda-prince 2017 Macbook Pro 17” w TouchBar display won’t turn on
Hey I already spoke to support about this and I got the classic bring it in for diagnostics cause all the things you tried before contacting us didn’t work. So my issue is that my laptop boots up and everything but the display stays black and doesn’t turn on. If I connect to an external display I can see that everything is otherwise in a normal state. I’ve tried to boot in safe mode, reset the SMC and PRAM and boot into recovery mode all with no luck. It was working fine just last night which is why I don’t understand what happened. I was hoping to see if anyone else had any experience with this type of issue before I take it in and pray that it’s not an expensive repair.

Goofs, I don’t need to read the interview, excerpts of the interview, or whatever comments that may be laid by the Tribal Chiefs’s army or his detractors. I Stand with the Tribal Chief. Take the Oath and stand with Our Tribal Chief, because he is mighty, and you know he is right and just. Take the Oath, money marks will bathe in their own reward. Take the Oath, shoot fighters can not frighten us when we stand for the Head of the Table. Take the Oath, if we get enough attention, Tony Khan could Tweet about this subreddit. Take the Oath, because King of the Ring looks like a bust with the brackets left. Take the Oath, because Zelina Vega will win Queen of Crowns. Take the Oath.

2021.10.15 23:10 BrownTown427 Booking WrestleMania 38 - Part Two (Of Two)
- The Usos (c) vs Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin (c) for the Unified Tag Team Championships in a ladder match
A ton of people have been clamoring for the Bloodline and Hurt Business to cross paths for a while now, and the seeds would be planted right here. As for why I picked a ladder match, Mania deserves a unique stipulation on the card, and this would fill that role to perfection.
The build to the tag team match would begin when the Smackdown tag team champions the Usos randomly appear on Raw sometime after the Royal Rumble PPV. They claim that they’ve beaten everyone there is on Smackdown, and that now they’re gonna go to other brands and prove the exact same thing. However, Alexander and Benjamin interrupt. Having bested RKBro for the titles the night prior, they point out that the Usos aren’t the only champions, and on top of that, they haven’t faced them yet. The Usos try to scoff this off, but a war would be about to begin.
On the Smackdown thereafter, Alexander and Benjamin manage to blindside Roman Reigns with a pair of chair shots, before scurrying out of the building. The following Raw, Roman says he won’t tolerate the disrespect to him as the Tribal Chief, and demands the coward Raw Tag champs come out. Instead, Bobby Lashley comes out, and these two powerhouses have a staredown before beginning to brawl. Eventually, security is able to separate them, and say that abandoning these Draft divisions has gone too far. Roman needs to stay on Smackdown, and Lashley on Raw. However, he also announces that there will only be one set of tag titles on the main roster now, so the Usos and AlexandeBenjamin will be getting their match… at WrestleMania!
Until the new titles are presented at the Showcase of the Immortals, both sets of tag titles would be vacant.
Fast forward to the match, and it would just be a high-flying, full of energy way to start the match. Alexander could obviously create some entertaining moves from the top rope/off ladders given his athleticism, Benjamin could probably pull off a dive at one point as well, and I’d absolutely love to see one of the Usos (let’s say Jimmy) deliver a Splash through, say, Alexander through a ladder at one point as well. Ultimately though, after superkicking Benjamin over the barricade and Alexander still writhing from that aforementioned Splash, Jey grabs the new title belts, making the winners… THE USOS!
- Bobby Lashley vs Brock Lesnar
Big meaty men smacking meat. A match that fans have been clamoring for since Bobby returned in 2018. At the biggest WWE PPV out there. Don’t think I need to explain my reasoning anymore for including this on the card.
After failing to reclaim his WWE Title from Big E, Bobby Lashley would act like a lunatic over the next few months. As a part of his destruction, he begins incorporating moves suspiciously similar to that of Brock Lesnar. He uses the trio of powerbombs, german suplexes, even an F-5 once to manhandle his opponents. This all comes to a head when MVP announces Lashley will enter the Royal Rumble from the #1 spot, which is what Brock did in 2020. Unlike Brock though, Bobby manages to last all the way to the #30 spot, exhausted but still in it as the countdown begins. The countdown reaches 0, and 30 is BROCK LESNAR!
Lashley looks stunned at first, before a maniacal expression enters his face and he goads Lesnar to brawl with him. They indeed engage in a massive fight in the ring, with it eventually being broken up and each man later tossed out.
The following night, MVP confirms that Lashley was using Lesnar’s moves to get his attention, and that Brock better not chicken out from their inevitable clash like he’s been doing since Bobby returned. Bobby then challenges Lesnar for a match at Mania, to which Brock accepts. Over the next couple of months, Brock would obviously only make limited appearances more than likely, but he could have some pull-aparts brawls with the All Mighty.
Moving to Mania, after seeing his boys Cedric and Shelton lose, Lashley looks agitated, but doesn’t berate them. He simply says, “I’m gonna go show you how it’s done and murder this beast”. And well, a murder does take place, but it’s really both men being killed. The two just go at each other with so much pure strength and power. Lesnar can take Lashley to Suplex City, Bobby can nail a couple of those elevated spinebuster things, and the range goes on from there. Ultimately though, there can only be one winner, but after four total Spears, the man proving themself to truly be All Mighty is… BOBBY LASHLEY!
- Sasha Banks vs Toni Storm
It starts at Elimination Chamber, where Banks was extra confident heading into the match and considering her victory all but assured. However, she gets stunned by the Storm Zero mid-way through and gets pinned. Banks wouldn’t let this go though; once she recovered, she levels Toni with multiple backstabbers, which leads to her getting eliminated as well.
Over the next several weeks, each woman just fights the other every chance they get, with an official match never taking place due to such high tensions and brawling before the match could even start. Pearce eventually has enough, and suspends them both. However, it’ll be up by the time Mania rolls around, where they will have one match to settle the score and determine who’s the better woman.
The match would last around 9 minutes, and it’s very scrappy. Banks uses her veteran experience and heelish tactics to gain control throughout, but Storm shows a lot of resiliency. The match concludes with not one, but two consecutive Storm Zeros being hit, giving a somewhat surprising pinfall victory and huge momentum boost to… TONI STORM!
- Sami Zayn (c) vs Cesaro for the Intercontinental Championship
In this reality, Zayn beats Shinsuke for the Intercontinental Title at Royal Rumble, besting his former Artist Collective stablemate and getting another run with the workhorse championship. However, Cesaro wins a #1 contenders match for the IC Title at Elimination Chamber, meaning Sami has to cross paths with another of his former teammates to be able to hold onto the precious strap.
Over the next few weeks, Zayn would resort to anything to try and prevent Cesaro from being able to fight him (he knows how capable he is dating all the way back to their NXT days). Zayn initially tries to bribe Cesaro and offer him assistance as a manager going after another title, but Cesaro refuses. Sami eventually hires other guys to try and take out Cesaro, but neither of those strategies work either. Cesaro is a man on a mission to earn another singles title, with him not having held one since like 2013.
This match could very well steal the entire show from an in-ring standpoint. Although Sami isn’t quite as good as he may have been in 2014, he’s still very good, and could hold his own against Cesaro’s raw power. Cesaro still manages to get in his typical offense though, hitting a plethora of uppercuts and even reaching 25 cycles on his signature spin. It should also be noted that it looks like Sami may try to cheat to retain by clobbering Cesaro with the title, but he decides against it, teasing towards the idea of him going back to being a babyface down the line. Finally though, after an avalanche Neutralizer, your winner and new Intercontinental Champion is… CESARO!!
- Gable Steveson vs Chad Gable
This wouldn’t have a weeks-long feud; it would actually begin on the PPV itself. And it would more so be an angle than anything. After the IC Title match, Gable would come out, issuing an open challenge towards anyone in the back that thinks they can measure up to his technical wrestling ability. And who would respond? That would be the debuting Gable Steveson! Gable looks worried (he wasn’t planning for a fellow Olympian to come out!), and it would end up being rightfully so. It wouldn’t be a full-on squash (Chad deserves better), but it would definitely be designed to showcase some of the unique abilities of Steveson. The six-minute match concludes with Chad tapping out in a sleeper-esque submission hold, giving the win to… GABLE STEVESON!
- Becky Lynch (c) vs Liv Morgan for the Raw Women’s Championship
The Women’s Royal Rumble would be won by Liv Morgan, who shockingly managed to get eliminations over competitors like Nia Jax and Lita throughout. Over the next few months building up to Mania, Becky would try and act fearless in regards to a challenger. What has Liv even done in WWE? Has she even won a title? Hell, has she ever gotten a PPV match for one of the singles women’s belts? Liv would be forced to acknowledge the answer as no each time, but she’s not scared of Becky. She can even point out that Becky’s doing what Daniel Bryan did; winning a title as a fan favorite at Mania, now acting like jackasses to the underdog challengers who have been with the company for years (with the other obviously being Kingston). She knows she can do what Kofi did, and dethrone Lynch for the title.
Fast forward to that match, and it’s kind of similar to Charlotte vs Naomi from the night prior. Becky targets the limbs (arm specifically), and Liv has to act as the underdog throughout. However, Morgan holds in there strong, stunning Becky with some surprisingly hard strikes at various points and getting in some of her signature offense. And with that being said, after multiple ObLivions, a new Raw Women’s Champion is crowned… LIV MORGAN!!!
- Randy Orton vs Matt Riddle
I’d have this unlikely partnership last up until Royal Rumble, where Orton and Riddle fall to Cedric AlexandeShelton Benjamin and lose the titles. After the match, Orton snaps on Riddle, delivering multiple RKOs and a punt kick at the end of the match for a shocking (and really unnecessary) display. Riddle isn’t seen for weeks, selling both the injury, but probably just as bad, the heartbreak. Orton would have an encounter with one of Riddle’s friends Damien Priest, but Orton manages to beat him in a one-off match at that point that could definitely be a feud down the line. Anyways, Orton competes in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at the next PPV, but when the doors are open to let someone eliminated out, Riddle jumps the barricade from the audience, into the cage, and starts brawling with Orton. Although Randy is able to shove him away, the distraction ends up costing Orton. Infuriated, Orton demands they face at Mania, and Riddle accepts.
Their match would probably be one of the emotionally-invested ones on the entire card for the audience, and I think both men could fill their roles very well in the match. Orton just continuously disrespects Riddle throughout, nailing him with cheap shots and trying to systematically destroy him while the crowd boos on. He even goes for another punt, but Riddle manages to roll out just in time. Near the end of the match, Riddle starts fighting back though. He hits multiple knee shots, a floating Bro, and a Bro-Ton to start mounting that comeback. Although Randy is able to last a few minutes after that, multiple Bro-Tons thereafter give the victory to… RIDDLE!!
- Roman Reigns (c) vs Drew McIntyre for the Universal Championship
This may cause a few eyebrows to raise because of who Roman isn’t facing, but don’t worry, I’ll get to that.
I’d say the build for Roman and Drew’s match is pretty simple; Drew basically got screwed out of their Survivor Series 2020 match thanks to interference from Jey Uso, but now Drew wants revenge. Roman initially refuses, but Drew can go on a tear, beating people like Jey Uso to Jeff Hardy to Sheamus to prove he deserves another title shot. It culminates with him picking up a victory over Shinsuke Nakamura in a #1 Contender's Match at Elimination Chamber. Reigns would blindside Drew after that match, locking him in the Guillotine, but once again, he doesn’t tap out; he passes out.
Fast forward to their WrestleMania match; I might not have done it justice with my description of the build, but it absolutely deserves to be the overall main event of the show. Both men are the top stars of WWE today, and there’s really no clear winner. On the one hand, Roman Reigns could definitely maintain his hold with the belt given how popular he’s been and just everything phenomenal about his character, but on the other, Drew deserves a WrestleMania moment in front of the fans. The match would be the longest of the card, clocking in at just under 25 minutes, and although maybe not to the extent as Lashley vs. Lesnar, both men would just hit the shit out of each other with powerful slams and brutal strikes. Ultimately though, there can only be one winner, and like Lashley, after four Spears, the winner would end up being… ROMAN REIGNS! After the match, the Usos and Naomi come out to celebrate with and acknowledge Reigns, holding their titles in the air, when all of a sudden… IF YOU SMELLLL, WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!!! Echoes throughout the arena. The Rock returns to WWE to a thunderous ovation, confronting Roman Reigns before just leveling him with a Rock Bottom to end WrestleMania 38!
